Our Story

In 1954, founder G. Victor Herro, had a passion to help family and friends with their tax and accounting needs. His success was built on fostering relationships and providing the best possible tax and accounting advice. Victor felt that communicating well with clients and educating them was another key to success. He quietly grew his practice and in 1975, he moved his business to the Germantown, Wisconsin area. His passion of providing superior service to his clients was passed to his son George and also daughter Jennifer. George joined the firm in 1984 and Jennifer in 1987, taking over the bulk of clients and workload.

I have been truly blessed to work side by side with my recently deceased father and with my sister for the past 35 years. I like learning about our clients, not just about their business or tax dynamics but also, about them personally. I like collaborating with my peers and other professionals. I am married to my best friend Nancy and we celebrate life each day with our two children.

I have been practicing with George and Dad since 1987 and I still have a great passion to help people. I am married and have two amazing boys. I enjoy volunteering with our local food pantry and St. Ben’s meal program. I love to play golf, walking, hiking and simply just being with family and belly laughing with friends.

I joined the Herro team in 2007. My co-workers and clients have become family to me. I am married and have three children and two beautiful granddaughters. Spending time with my family and friends is what really gives me joy in life.

I received my associate degree in business management in 2019. I transferred to UW-Milwaukee, where I received a bachelor’s degree majoring in accounting and finance, along with certificates in real estate and investment management. My current goals include obtaining the CPA license and CFA designation. I’m a huge fan of the show Yellowstone and like to pretend I’m a cowboy from time to time.
